Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In this case, you may request a return in accordance with our 30-Day Return Policy.

We want you to feel confident shopping with Pawtential. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to our return conditions.
